Although there is no one best way on how to turn a new technology into a successful business, the need for simple and clear guidelines, tips and tricks was identified by the team of the Centre for Technology Management.
The book illustrates a five-step approach on how to make a successful business case. The book is accompanied by a CD rom that contains tools and techniques for valuing new technologies.
