A turnaround for a non-profit organization in the Med-tech industry

Succesfully defined and implemented a major strategic turnaround project for a non-profit medically guided foundation with a network of 15.000 clinicians. The mission of the foundation is improving patient care in the field of trauma and musculoskeletal surgery including CMF and Spine surgery through research and development, clinical investigation, technical quality control (together with manufacturers) and education. The foundation employed 250+ people and has a total budget of CHF 100m per annum.

The turnaround made the organization more clinician focused, innovative, leaner and effective. At first we provided business consulting services for the definition of the strategic change resulting in a focused R&D strategy and a divisionalisation strategy. For the implementation we delivered the ad interim Chief Executive Officer taking full operational responsibility of the entire organization including P&L and employees for a period of 1.5 year to implement the turnaround.


Solution sales for an Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Organization

Together with our partners from PRO4S we delivered and implemented a refined sales strategy taking one of the world's largests independent MROs into the solution business. The company employes 4.600 people globally. Over a period of 3 years we provided management support to the exectutive management of the company in refining the product and sales strategy and implemented this in a series of dedicated solution and integration trainings for the entire sales force, product managers and solution developers.


10 year technology roadmap for a multinational Food company

The company wanted to establish a clear business and technology roadmap for the next 10 years in order to drive the technology development and stay abreast of the competition. We delivered management support in the careful preparation and facilitation of a large three day workshop to establish the roadmap.
